3. Client Responsibilities

- Respond to communication and revisions within reasonable timeframes.
- Respect timelines and payment terms as agreed upon.
4. Payments and Billing
All fees are due as per the agreed project plan. We may charge a service fee or late fee for delayed payments. In case of non-payment, services may be suspended or terminated.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials created during the project (e.g., code, designs, media) remain the property of Axepron until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
6. Revisions and Approvals
We provide a defined number of revisions as stated in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may cancel the project with written notice. In such cases, Axepron will invoice for work completed up to the cancellation date. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your data and business information. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Axepron shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR, India.
11. Changes to Terms
Axepron reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
